I have more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry. I´m a Success Program Manager and thrilled with the opportunity of supporting customer´s business objectives by showing the value from solutions they have acquired. Previously I developed and lead enablement activities for Partners that involved technologies related to SaaS and Networking solutions. Developed technical programs that supported strategic business growth. As an SE, I was pioneer on implementing one of the first Voice over IP network in the financial sector during inception of technology when nobody believed on it. I am thrilled and enthusiastic about the way technology has changed the world we live in and the impact it has had over our lives in the past decades. While I´m not in the job, I love to hike outdoors with my son and friends, love to be a mom, enjoy movies, music, theater, biking and so many other activities.
