My professional experience started in HR and has been evolving towards a business profile. As a learning and development consultant my focus was on managing and planning the end-to-end training of my department at a national and international scope. On the other hand, in my current role I have acquired progressively responsibilities in the financial management across the whole business lifecycle. I am a proactive person, committed to the company, and I have a great capacity for empathy and assertiveness, which benefits me when working as a team. As well, I have the ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment and I succeed when meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workload.
