As an enrollment leader, she has directed targeted outreach, college enrollment research and planning, financial aid policy, revenue enhancement, enrollment-related community relations, and marketing. As a mental health clinician, she taught people to be resilient, recognize their strengths, and thrive. She believes a great leader must have the right balance between patience and courageous action and starts each day with a smile.
