I have worked in a variety of environments, from small business to large corporate business. My primary experience is in all forms of customer relations. As an Office Manager for Boise Print, Inc I was the face of the company and assisted in most aspects. As a CSR for Idaho Power Company I work directly with customers to complete requests and handle various inquiries. I have become versed in handling customers even in unpleasant situations. I believe my strong relationship building skills and ability to act fast makes my customers very loyal to whatever the organization is that I am representing. I love to work hard and play hard. At times this balance can be challenging to manage, but when it is, that is when I am happiest and accomplishing the most. Specialties: I have a variety of experience in Customer Relations, Inventory & Purchasing, Human Resources, Operations and Administration. I love to control the chaos and manage details. Making things happen is something that I take great pleasure in.
