I am a proven Information and Technology, Cyber Security leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial services, education, accounting, and professional services industries. I have proven expertise in many technology management areas: Process Governance, Vendor/Supplier, Product/Service, Communications, Availability, Capacity, IT Operations, Cyber Security, Major Incident, Crisis, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Change and Release, Incident/Problem/Knowledge. I also have expertise in IT platforms building workflows, reporting and measuring processes. I have proven leadership skills with a focus on talent selection, career and skills based coaching, and collaborative goal setting that aligns for individual and organizational success. I excel in my current role at consensus building and problem solving across a diverse, global, virtual team of talented technology and security experts. From the very earliest days of my career, I’ve had a strong understanding of the importance of data, managing and securing data, and building the services and technologies that enable business to use data effectively.
