Laura Maria Prellberg

Hi there, I've been a project manager and innovation consultant in Accenture's Innovation and Design team in Frankfurt for over 5 years now. As part of this great team, I use my enthusiasm for people's behavior patterns that is rooted in my business psychology studies in a variety of ways, always focusing on the user. With profound change management and my project management experience I support my clients throughout the transformation process. I love the challenge of orchestrating all project components and developing new, innovative ideas for each individual use case, and working together to develop sustainable business strategies as well as concepts for their implementation. In addition, I’m passionate about leadership and always aim to create a healthy and pleasant working environment that helps the project teams to grow, work effectively and achieve the common project goal. When I’m not supporting my clients, I use my fascination for architecture to plan and design a house for my family or get lost traveling to beautiful cities and photographing breathtaking sceneries.
