I am a highly passionate professionals who is driven to ensure young people's voice are heard and acted above. Who is also keen to develop and deliver training to young people in creative ways to enable them to express them self. I have strong values which includes believing every young person has aspirations and potential, helping people to discover these are highlights of my career. I believe then we can support young people to overcome barriers by focus and helping young people to identify their strengths. I also believe that we should work within the context that young people sit in, helping them to understand injustice and how to defend themselves. I feel it is importance that young people know their rights and how they can they can use them effectivity. I thrive on working with challenges and always keen to learn more.
