Laura Mooser

Laura is a senior total rewards principal and former national buisness leader for Mercer's Benefits Benchmarking Group and it's MATs line of buisness (FKA MVS). She is affilitated with Mercer's Executive Benefits Group that is located in Louisville, KY, but works remotely either from Florida or Indiana. With over 15 years experience consulting with Mercer, she supports her executive and broad-based clients with total reward solutions. Prior to joining Mercer, Laura was a human resources executive for over 15 years and was responsible for managing compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee communication, and recruitement for Board members, executives and broad-based employees. Laura consults with client’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committees and senior leadership teams to address executive and broad-based total reward matters. Having worked in both corporate and professional services roles, Laura is able to provide consulting on solutions that are operational and reflective of best practices.
