Before joining the great growth journey at Swappie I worked at ManpowerGroup for 4 years: as an Inhouse HR Consultant for our biggest client, did recruitments for ManpowerGroup's clients covering a variety of roles and industries, and had an internal responsibility as a Manager of our Capital Region's Consultant Team. At ABB I got the opportunity to learn from a large & global company's HR in Talent Management. Goal Setting and Coaching Leadership in Performance Management is something I have a specialist level of knowledge after a deep interest and broad research on the matter.
