I am proud to support authors in bringing research to life, as knowledge is the foundation for all real change. I lead a team of expert editors and content developers who are shaping content solutions from undergraduate through to postgraduate and continued professional learning. I have diverse commissioning experience globally across monographs, textbooks, scholarly trade titles, reference works and journal articles.I also lead the McGraw Hill UK/NECE Inclusion & Diversity Committee and am an active member of their Women’s Leadership Initiative. Shifting the needle is not only a personal mission but a professional focus supported by McGraw Hill. Honours include:- Selected as one of The Booksellers Rising Stars in 2020- Awarded Manager of the Year 20/21 for McGraw Hill UKNECE- Awarded Palgrave Editorial Award 2016 for Digital and Usage Strategy; and 2017 award for Editorial Support for Marketing Campaigns - Selected for 2014 Talent Exchange programme at Macmillan Science and Education. Top 20 young talent from across our global company were chosen for a two-week secondment to share learnings and experience a different market. I visited our Shanghai office in November 2014 to learn about commissioning in Asia, Open Research and social media in China- Shortlisted twice for 'British Dental Editors Forum: Communicator of the Year Award' (2013 and 2014)
