I am a strong thought-leader with in-depth expertise specifically in IT and people management. My mission is keeping companies at the forefront of technology and ensuring my team members are supported, motivated and that they share my passion for delivering commercially successful products on time and in budget.I have delivered multiple technical solutions within a number of roles; working collaboratively with all stakeholders, up to and including Board level, to achieve success. I am highly experienced and versatile; managing large teams and monitoring coordinators and technical resources, often in a virtual environment. I am passionate about the delivery of business outcome aligned solutions; driving forward innovation and enabling the transformation of business functions. I provide technical expertise, both in strategic planning and in goal setting; defining requirements, managing risks, planning budget (capacity vs pipeline) and ensuring that correct IT choices are made utilising Agile methodologies and cutting edge technologies. As a genuine team player, I prioritise developing strong relationships that are built on trust and respect. I have a can-do attitude, within a dynamic, hands-on and delivery driven ethos and I strongly believe in leading by example. I strive for excellence and make a positive difference. My current role at Quartix involves working with key stakeholders and partners to define the direction of our telematics solutions. By integrating this product management role with leading the delivery team I ensure an efficient transition from requirements gathering to prioritisation and delivery.As a Software Delivery Manager at 1Spatial, Cambridge, I led the vision, strategic design and end to end development of multiple software products; defining technology standards and leading teams of Developers, Consultants, Testers, Project Managers and Customer Support Engineers.
