Currently, I'm circumnavigating the world on a small sailing yacht. I departed in September 2021 and I will end the sailing journey in July 2023. I already sailed more than 6000 nautical miles, we crossed the Atlantic ocean, and I visited 14 countries. I am currently based in Curaçao, where I await the hurricane season while working as a Business Intelligence Developer at ROX Analytics. As a BI Developer, I create actionable data-driven insights and foresights, using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Azure Machine Learning. MSC^2: I have a double master's degree in Business Information Management and Strategic Management of the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The combination of both master's degrees gives me in-depth know-how in (data-driven) strategy formation, business innovation, and (advanced) analytics. I want to bridge the gap between technology and business! Furthermore, I try to gain more knowledge in the field of sustainability. Sustainability in business was both the topic for my bachelor's thesis and master's thesis. One of my most memorable courses during my studies was the course on sustainable entrepreneurship! Furthermore, I am currently exploring the world with THE most environmental-friendly kind of transport; namely a sailing yacht!
