I am currently a Senior Director within Cisco Systems. I have led Business Value Services, Field Architecture and Systems Engineering Teams across the world focused on SMBs, New Logos, Enterprise, Commercial, Channel and Partner customers. I work directly with the Sr. Leadership of Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering and Operations of her Customers to analyze key objectives and pain points in order to develop comprehensive business cases and solution roadmaps that demonstrate the quantitative/qualitative value proposition of Cisco Solutions. I have also created bespoke calculators, templates, educational pieces and sales plays to help scale the value-selling motion throughout the company. Lastly, I have stood frameworks and chaired forums that inform the product roadmap of Full Stack Observability, APM Monitoring, Security and Cloud Networking products by bring the voice of field Sales, Channels, Partners to the Product and Engineering Teams in a constructive way.Before transitioning to Cisco, I served as a Management Consultant that applied 15+ years of experience in Strategic Transformational Planning, Program Management, Project Management, Business Process Management, Value Engineering and Performance Measurement and Monitoring within both Business and IT organizations. I am a systems thinker that is extremely effective in establishing trusted partnerships with Business and IT Customers to deliver performance based, cost-conscious solutions that create competitive business advantage and delivers significant ROI. I began my career in Telecommunications and Financial Services, where I have developed a strong strategic, analytical and operations skillsets. I advised Executives Leadership on corporate strategy, defined tangible solution roadmaps to achieve those objectives and led a number of those initiatives from beginning to end across Business and IT units.
