Offshoring Services: Based in Kuala Lumpur, led the transition of payroll to the Shared Services Centre for operations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea including documentation of as-is process, design of to-be process and the Payroll and Legislative requirements for each country. System Implementations: Agile implementation of Pega Systems for SSE Retail’s Telecoms Business. Waterfall implementation of payroll systems for DHL (Rockfast) and UnitingCare NSW.ACT (Preceda). Waterfall implementation of time and attendance systems for DHL (Kronos) and UnitingCare NSW.ACT (RosterOn and CareLink+). Other implementations HRIS (PeopleSoft), Expense Management, and Call logging (Infra/vmWare Service Manager). Quality Management: Project managed the closure of the SSE Smart QMSS, development of Quality Management System for DHL (ISO9001:2003) and for Redshank Group (ISO9001:2015).
