I am an honest and reliable person with five years customer service experience working at McDonalds. During this time, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills, which I utilise in establishing and maintaining good working relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a self-motivated individual, I actively work to expand my knowledge and understanding of tasks at hand. During my time at McDonalds I attained a Certificate II in retail, helping me to receive more responsibilities and trust in my work ethic. I have strong computer and literacy skills, developed through my education and employment. As a McDonald’s employee, I also support Ronald McDonald’s House Charities, joining in their Clean up Australia’ Day and working as part of a team to cook meals for sick children and their families.
