I consider myself a change leader, a passionate and straightforward advocate to get things done. There is nothing better than uncovering a problem and working to find a solution alongside a group of talented and diverse teams. I started my career in hospitality, then healthcare logistics as a customer focused salesperson. Over the last few years, I've had the pleasure to step into roles that allowed me the opportunity to define what success looked like. Now, part of our Business Transformation team - I am tasked with supporting our Product Marketing organization and charting the path to help our business achieve our strategic priorities. Being uniquely qualified as a previous-seller, people-leader and now focused on product and business transformation - I am fulfilled when I have the opportunity to define strategy, build plans and bring teams along that journey to execute, as well as the opportunities I get to coach and develop my team.
