I have worked in the Transportation industry for 17 years, gaining experience in Sales, Marketing, and Pricing. I am most rewarded by putting my passion and skills to good use which allows me to partner with customers and provide shipping solutions.Presently, I am a National Account Manager at UPS Freight. In my current role, I am responsible for driving business growth through account management and leadership. I cultivate new business with existing and new customers while maintaining a positive operating ratio. In my previous role as Marketing Manager, I was responsible for planning, prioritizing and managing multiple growth accelerators, as well as reporting key findings to senior stakeholders. I was also responsible for maintaining and updating sales collateral across multiple libraries. Prior to my role in Marketing I analyzed and negotiated contracts and prepared proposal documents for large scale accounts in the Pricing department at UPS Freight. I have also held a position as an Inside Sales Account Manager with UPS Freight.
