Full-stack engineer. Enthusiastic about learning, equity, service, and bettering the planet. Working as a team leader and project manager in software development taught me the big picture of what a team can do. Now I want to dig into what a developer can really create, and how a software engineer can make the world better. My engineering background, software project management experience, and passion for equity and sustainability have led me to pursue a career in software development - technology is already changing the world, and I am eager to contribute as an engineer and team member. My whole-brained engineering background has taught me to think curiously and critically about the world. I absolutely love digging into problems and solving them creatively. Undefined goals and uncharted territory don’t scare me, whether it’s a new coding language, or a new trail. I love to see my teams succeed - as a project manager of a cross-functional software team launching a new project, as a band member prepping for a gig, as a leader within a grass-roots group to save a beloved music school, and now as a developer contributing to an organization with a positive social mission, my joy has been making each individual on each team I'm a part of successful in what they do.
