Lauren Murphy

I have worked in the hospitality industry since I was 15. I fell in love with the industry almost immediately but didn't ever think it would be my career. The variation and diversity available in my role and challenge each day holds has made it impossible for me to want to do anything else. I have worked my way up from waitressing, to a duty manager and into a Team Leader of both the restaurant and reception. I am currently an Operations Manager of Premier Inn and I aspire to work my way up to a Cluster General Manager in the next 4 years. I am determined and once I set my mind on a goal I work endlessly to achieve it. I am blessed with the opportunities Premier Inn give me to learn and develop my skill set further to make me a better leader of the business and a better role model for my team. They really make it possible for the opportunities to be endless.
