As a Learning & Development Partner the core of my role is to impact on business performance by developing the skills, knowledge and attitude of our operational and corporate services staff.In addition to delivering our core modules I am responsible for consulting with a wide range of stakeholders to analyse gaps in business performance and design new training sessions that support the overall growth of the business.A key element of my role is providing feedback to management to optimise staff productivity and performance.
