As a professional in the healthcare community, providing services to individuals in a careful, conscientious manner is a goal that guides my principles. With varied experiences in several hospital settings, I have gained knowledge of systematic practices from different viewpoints. With this knowledge, adaptiveness has become a strength of mine. As a leader, use of the authentic model of leadership lends itself to a greater understanding of what my team can do with their individual and organizational goals. Spending nine years in a shared governance model, has taught me that leading a team does not mean that I am the center of progress rather I am the facilitator as a leader. Elevating my team in their progress, elevates every team member to aspire to greater successes.
