I'm an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Technology industry on both the marketing and sales sides of the business. I decided to leverage my marketing skillset during the pandemic to venture out and see how the sales side of the business truly operated first-hand. My strong marketing background taught me the importance of making metric-based decisions on new processes and strategies instead of on feeling or surface level observations. This has prepared me to drive any sales practices and processes with the power of data. Which includes the way I coach my team, hire, and improve the efficiency of our money making behaviors. Being a marketer in my previous career life has given me a perspective on what the sales org truly needs from marketing and how to coach them more proactively on our needs along with building a stronger, deeper thinking sales team.
