Lauren Plante

I am a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management program at UMass Amherst with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a secondary major in Spanish. My college summer internship in store management at Kohl's completely challenged and bettered me as an employee and a businesswoman affecting me both personally and professionally. I have been lucky enough to hold multiple positions in the company at several locations since then where I work everyday to drive results and creative a positive, inclusive workplace for my associates. My passions include providing exceptional customer service for everyone who walks in my store’s doors, as well as developing and training my team to ensure success. I look forward to continuing my career with this incredible company and improving my leadership skills everyday.
