I manage mitigation losses from start to finish: From the initial phone call of receiving the loss to the collections of the funds. This position requires ability to multitask and prioritization skills. The estimates themselves require analytical and comprehension skills as I collect and analyze data to prepare a billing packet. While writing estimates, I answer and direct phone calls, handle collection calls and concerns, and schedule new loss inspections for the field technicians. As well as, I train all new hires. Programs I work daily in are, Xactimate, Restore365, XactAnalysis, Outlook, Word, PDF Converter and Excel
