Hi, I'm Lauren. I am on a mission to enhance start-up/developing brands and cultivate their best marketing practices by implementing sustainable strategy and creative content. With a unique background, I hold a diverse and differentiated skill set that includes Marketing, Social Media, Business Development, Brand Management, Communications, Data Analysis and Strategic Partnerships. As the Director of Marketing for an established commercial + residential flooring company, I have introduced a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign that has annually increased overall profitability since 2017. Through utilization of digital inbound/outbound marketing efforts, SEO/SEM practices, outdoor advertising, online presence, website design + development and relationship building, I have achieved the goals necessary to provide the business with a valuable promotional platform to expand on. At the age of 22, I founded a luxury wedding + event planning boutique, alongside my long-time friend. We strategized our growth by identifying our client, market, specialty and offerings. This is a process of curation that I find priceless as a professional navigating my career forward. In addition to website creation and development, social media management and strategy, leading a team of local vendors, partnering with industry publications and networking, we have constructed a community of distinguishable creatives in the Pittsburgh area. Now, annually managing between 15-20 clients and events per year, averaging a duration of client services for a 12 month timeframe we are not only maximizing our potential, but also our passion. When I'm not in work mode, I can often be found: on the trails hiking with my family, in my garden harvesting home-grown vegetables and herbs, scouring the latest & greatest health and wellness products on the market, eating my way through the Burgh, skiing down the slopes or in my kitchen cooking + baking with entirely too much butter.
