Lauren Walsh

I have recently completed a BA in Culinary Arts at the Institute of Technology Tallaght. Whilst there I completed a food research and development module, where I designed, created and showcased in a dragons den, an innovative product (Turmeric yoghurt) for sale in retail and restaurant outlets from this I have a clear understanding of NPD and eager to learn more, I am a conscientious, creative and highly motivated person who adapts easily to new and changing environments and can perform well as part of a team or on my own initiative. I possess an overwhelming passion for food and would love the opportunity to kick start my career in the industry. Through my education and working I have acquired key communication skills, relevant training and qualifications (Food science, HACCAP, First Aid, Manual Handling, Innovative Culinary Nutrition.)
