Lauren Xanders, CLTC

Graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, and Alumni to one of the largest co-ed professional business fraternities in the US, Delta Sigma Pi. The majority of my professional experience has remained in financial services, starting early on in the retail bank setting, to internal wholesaling hybrid life insurance and annuity based products, to now in a sales development role with OneAmerica. Before coming to OneAmerica in 2017, I served the personal and small business retail bank clients of Fifth Third Bank as a Licensed Banker and Investment Representative where I acquired my IN Life and Health license, Series 6 and 63. In 2016, I was honored to receive the prestigious Presidents Circle Award for production performance, placing in the top 5% across their regional 10 state footprint. I began my OneAmerica career in 2017 as an Internal Sales Partner, responsible for providing financial professionals in banks and broker dealer firms with point of sale support from submission to commission, case design, product training and education for OneAmerica’s Care Solutions portfolio of asset-based LTC products. In January 2019, I accepted a role dedicated to the marketing side of sales as a Sales Development Partner, supporting brokerage, bank and broker dealer distribution channels in with the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to help drive sales and increased awareness of the extended care income planning solutions available at OneAmerica.
