Current position as a Large Accounts Marketing Representative, negotiating the best coverage for the best premium for both new and existing clients, specifically property & casualty, workers compensation, excess, professional liability, executive risk, cyber liability, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Some knowledge of Microsoft Access. Instrumental in the development of the Commercial Lines procedure manual and assists with team member training throughout the department as well as "new team member" training office wide. Awarded Team Player of the Year in 2009 & 2019, the first recipient of the YES (Young Exceptional Service) Award and two time winner of the PRIDE (Peer Recognition Incentive for Deserving Employees - 212*) Award. Past Regional Insurance Operations Liaison overseeing operations/procedures in all profit centers within the region.
