My focus is on experience. Whether it is the candidate I am talking to about the company's amazing culture, the onboarding process I am building to create an inclusive environment, or the employee that I am working with to craft events that bring people together, the things I am passionate about have to do with the experiences people have at work. I’ve helped scale two startups and have been involved in the early stages of building a company culture where people enjoy coming to work each day, and it showed in our engagement survey scores and in our team connections. Some of the projects that I have implemented and rolled out are full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, engagement & pulse surveys, performance reviews, leveling, and compensation bands. I’ve also spent time revamping and enhancing processes that were in place so they could scale with the company. I’m passionate about cultivating a company culture where people feel valued for the work they do and believe in the company mission and vision. I enjoy creating solid, repeatable processes that ensure a great experience for applicants and employees as the company grows. I’ve applied agile practices to people operations and utilized tools to automate when it makes sense. I know that data drives decisions and have extensive experience gathering, analyzing and applying data across all areas of the people department to make decisions.
