I’m a quote girl, and one of my favorites is from Donald A. Adams who once wrote this when writing about providing genuine service: “To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money and that thing is sincerity and integrity.” Donald A. Adams As a sales and marketing professional who has worked in healthcare for over 13 years, I attribute my successes to knowing that working in the long-term care industry is as much about selling a service or product as it is building authentic, trusting relationships with those that I interact with. My goal with each interaction is to truly listen to the customer’s concerns, questions and inquiries, then take appropriate action to meet their needs. I take great pride in integrity, diligence and empathy throughout all aspects of my life. Challenges? Stressors? Deadlines? Bring them on. And most of all - Let’s laugh and smile through it all.
