As an HR Executive my history of success in directing global workforce efforts for organizations with personnel ranging from five to over 5000 staff members is directly related to my ability to cultivate and maintain business relationships while addressing business needs. I’m an expert at managing people, property, and equipment in departments with multi-million-dollar budgets and asset while managing multiple projects simultaneously. I’ve worked for the US Army and public corporations including teaching future HR professionals pursuing degrees in higher educations. My passion for HR extends to working with staff to identify development opportunities able to assist them with achieving their career goals. My experience includes domestic and global operational experience in six countries While others take pride in meeting standards before them, my passion is for delivering results that goes beyond organizational expectations, creating a win-win scenario for everyone involved.
