My very first job was working at a CVS Pharmacy when I was 17 years old. Curiosity and the "researcher" in me led to my obsession with wanting to understand how medications affect individuals. While working at CVS I was given the opportunity to help in the pharmacy department. The position helped me decide to pursue a degree as a medical professional. I originally enrolled in the nursing program but quickly realized my interests was in management and not the actual practice. I am an experienced banking professional currently transitioning into healthcare management. My core competencies are leadership, management, networking, and customer service which I believe will help me succeed in the healthcare field.
