I am currently a Director on the Digital Design team at Capital One.. I lead a team of 12 which includes individuals focused on UX, Visual Design, Prototyping, User Research and Design Delivery. We currently are working on Identity and Authentication products for Capital One customers. For the past 15 years I have been working in the interactive design industry focusing on creative design and development. My past experiences span the gamut of global campaigns for non-profits to local businesses in need of branding and strategy to international auto manufacturers and one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. I'm passionate about finding the best solution to a problem, be it simple or complicated. My interest in technology and background in fine arts helps me attack situations from a different angle and find appropriate and unexpected pairings between the two. I want to continue to push the boundaries of technology and creativity, and its method of delivery.
