Lawrence Han

I am an Electrical Engineer at Ausgrid with more than a decade of experience in project and program management within the power industry. I have a diverse and broad experience within the power industry having had stints in various technical, operational and delivery related roles within the company. My most recent roles within Program Management and Major Substations Ops Engineering has allowed me the high level insight of the company's capital programs of work to mitigate network risks as well as regulatory obligations but also the low level detail in the project management of these works as well as the technical aptitude required for the safe and reliable operation of the network. I place a high value on the people I have been fortunate to have networked with not just within the power industry but in other industries (finance, real estate, accounting) who have provided me with the guidance and support in fulfiling my potential both professionally and personally. I thank them most sincerely and I hope to "pay it forward" by guiding and mentoring the next generation of engineers within the broader industry.
