Strong technical skills in implementation of IS projects, Systems Policies, standards and procedures, liaising with vendors and IS assets management to ensure systems availability, reliability and business continuity. Systems Support - Diagnosing software, hardware and system faults to resolve and determine the root-causes of reoccurring issues. - Upgrading hardware, software and peripheral equipment in liaison with suppliers for service or warranty fixes within agreed SLA‘s - Performing routine tasks on Servers and Desktops which include updating antivirus signatures, software patches and hot fixes and user data backup to ensure compliance with set policies. - Conducting user training on a series of best practices, answering inquiries and advising on proper use of hardware and software to improve quality of services delivered to them. - Strong interpersonal skills required to understand and fulfill the user’s requirements.
