As a User Experience Designer and User Researcher I strive to uncover crucial user needs in order to build better, accessible products and services that meet business goals. My preferred way to accomplish this is in a cross-functional team where we can all focus on the user from our different perspectives and have the ability to communicate with them on a daily basis. My goal is to always have, or make opportunities to work in a diverse team together with developers, product owner, designers and other competences in order to create great user experiences. Preferable in an agile work environment, with close collaboration working in an ensemble – doing mob development/programming.
