I am a business student, who is pursuing any sustainable work opportunities possible and open. With my second hidden aspiration of being a semi-sustainable activist, I believe the amount of research I am willing to do and whatever related to the sustainable value that makes sense (meaning not sensitively overreacted by extremists) that I am willing to advocate, I promise to be the perfect mixture of a competent candidate, the most enthusiastic, and the rightest pick for your sustainable mission (passion, knowledge, skills, and potential). I have been working in F&B for four years or more, and to me, it is not merely a meet-end job, it is where I learn and apply, and sometimes, even test my theories a tiny bit. Naturally, I am observant, detail-oriented, organizing, and easygoing. Academically, I love Hofstede's cultural theories, and so, my customers are wonderful experiments and models of how people from a certain demographic react to certain situations, and how the variation can go among people from the same group under observation. It sounds a bit creepy though, but I swear to you, it is the most interesting thing you can ever grab from a restaurant work where you've got to meet lots of people and spend your time studying their behavior, not just to serve them satisfied, do you? As my second favorite theory goes to Triple Bottom Line, I advocate sustainable causes, support mental health awareness, and environmental acts. I am a selective minimalist, an imperfect activist, and a blogger who tries her best to spread positivity and consciousness. Currently, I am doing my first year Master in Sustainability Management, and I believe in a future of green tourism and hospitality - where my ambition is heading towards (big plan is to introduce the whole concept back to my home country - Vietnam, starting up a green hotel chain).
