In general, patients who need rehabilitation therapy services have had two options for care that would be covered under an insurance plan. They could either make regular visits to an outpatient clinic or, after proving eligibility for home health services, they could participate in therapy sessions at home. Neither options is without barriers. Now through Vitality to You, patients do not need to be home bound or qualify for skilled care in order to take advantage of our services. As long as patients demonstrate medical necessity for physical, occupational and/or speech therapy services, and otherwise meet Medicare coverage criteria, Vitality to You may be covered by Medicare Part B and other private insurance. Our highly-trained licensed and credentialed therapists, who specialize in geriatric rehabilitation, perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and provide evidenced-based treatment to achieve the highest quality of life for the patients we serve.
