I am a developer by nature. For me, it´s very easy to adapt to new situations and I am motivated by challenges. I currently lead a customization team, being responsible for understanding customer needs, implementing improvements, and ensuring performance. I´m very creative and focused on problem-solving, I developed tools to load basis, that integrate data, simplify processes and generate cost savings for the companies I worked in, also bringing customer satisfaction. I worked with startup companies, designing and developing technical solutions to meet the specific needs of this type of company. Among several solutions, I was responsible for the development of BRCondos, a solution that currently runs in over 35,000+ condominiums in Brazil.
