I have worked in IT for 20 years. I have been working on the ServiceNow platform for 7 years. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, I enjoy developing and helping mentor and train the ServiceNow Developers and Admins who work with me. Helping people learn how to develop and administer the platform has been very rewarding. As a system architect, I have set standards, best practices, and process on the ServiceNow Platform. The ServiceNow Platform is a tool that works optimal when there are strong guidelines and procedures around the usage of the platform. I really enjoyed coding. I have knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS. Working on the ServiceNow platform, I have created some great solutions through coding. I just had the joy of creating a mobile portal for our Building Services team. I also created an automatic process to allow people to manage their own groups inside ServiceNow. I really enjoy learning. ServiceNow continuously releases new features and tools on the Platform. I have focus recently is learning about the UI Builder. One of my goals is to allow end users to be empowered to create their own applications. ServiceNow has the tools to allow users to do this. I really enjoy mentoring groups and end users allowing them to create their own applications. Along with learning about ServiceNow, I have started to expand my horizons. My company has a subscription with O’Reilly Media. I have taken full advantage of the service and recently started to learn Python and software architecture. My goal is to have a good working knowledge of the Python language by the end of the year.
