I have worked as a consultant/change agent at senior levels with brands such as HSBC,Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays and have a track record of initiating change through design; leading and bringing strategy to life.Working in roles often reporting to CxO/director level stakeholders, I have enabled businesses to link the value of their IT assets into real business benefits providing the key link between IT and the business creating the balance a business needs to generate revenue and reduce costs.I have strong communication skills engaging the key stakeholders in change programmes ensuring that success is achieved and the strategic business outcomes are realised.I have led large programmes of change and implemented them on an international scale, across Europe, Asia and in the Americas, demonstrating my key ability of turning strategic business objectives and mapping them to an architecture and software deliverables that realises the business goals.My background is business though I have spent many years working alongside IT senior management and software houses ensuring I have the ability to understand how to relate or indeed translate real business requirements into real IT deliverables
