Pharmacy SME with Operational, Dispensing, Logistical and IT Experience.I have worked within the pharmacy industry for the past 10 years and led as a Technical lead, working on an IT transformation project replacing the legacy PMR as the business SME for Celesio. I have managed areas as an Area Support Manager, which has required me to manage people, process and practice operationally while coaching and developing colleagues to reach their potential. I have also assisted our store managers logistically to grow their business. I have worked at every level in pharmacy during my career from shop floor to Non-Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager.
