Lee Sussman

As a partner in the Real Estate and Finance division at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, my practice focuses on commercial real estate and leasing. I represent developers and retailers in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of property. I have also worked extensively on the acquisition, developing, leasing and financing of retail shopping centers from raw land acquisition through construction, operation and sale, including the negotiation and drafting of all related documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, covenant and restriction agreements and site development agreements. I have a wide array of commercial leasing experience, and represent national and local retailers and landlords in big box and specialty retail lease transactions throughout the United States.
