Lee Szor

Lee represents employers and helps them prevent and resolve workplace disputes. Lee defends employers in disputes involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment (including sexual harassment), disability accommodation, breach of employment agreements, breach of restrictive covenants (non-disclosure, non-compete and non-solicitation clauses), and more. He also represents companies in single-plaintiff and class or collective actions involving wage-and-hour issues, like minimum wage, overtime, meal and rest periods, and employee misclassification. Lee has extensive employment litigation experience in both Texas and California. In addition to litigating employment disputes, Lee helps employers create and implement best practices to avoid litigation. This includes preparing employee handbooks and stand-alone employment policies; monitoring changes in employment laws and updating clients’ policies to ensure compliance; and advising companies on any risks associated with terminations, discipline, demotions, and other adverse employment actions.
