Leena El-Sadr

Throughout my 8 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of my being part of different industries, local and international corporates, work overseas and most importantly got to work alongside incredible teams and under the leadership of great minds. A career in Marketing and events management has elevated my communication skills, taught me how to hustle and multitask without compromising quality, the importance of understanding your client needs and turn them into reality without compromising the agreed upon budget and lastly how to have fun and make memories. A year ago, I joined a role that solely focuses on how to develop your self and your team and to lead by example through leading your self first. I achieved enormous progress in how I view leadership and teamwork and of course, I got the chance to be a part of a unique community and meet new people every day. I'm proud of the journey I had so far, and many more challenges and new beginnings to come.
