Merchant Marine Officer with over 20 years experience of service on board Swedish ocean going vessels in worldwide trade. Experienced in all aspects of onboard ship operation, including navigation and route planning, shiphandling, communications, cargo handling, maintenance, work leadership, ship management, ship safety, firefighting, medical care and ship's pharmacy. Worked with computers for navigation and ship management. Fluent in the Swedish, Italian and English languages, good knowledge of Spanish and some French. Worked for Wallenius Lines, Stockholm, Sweden in various positions for over 20 years mostly as 2nd Officer of Navigation. Worked with inventory control in the retail and healthcare industries. Also worked with specialized retail sales and merchandising. Now working with specialized retail sales and customer special orders.
