My methods are based on experience gained in the international private, public and non-profit sectors. Lessons have been learned from serving in rural Paraguay as a Water and Sanitation specialist in the Peace Corps to supporting multinationals engaging in complex change; from leading teams of consulting specialists and to assisting my clients in developing their own high performing teams.
