Leigh Danker

I am an extremely passionate, organized and driven individual that consistently ensures not only myself, but the team I work with, do the best in our ability to maximise sales and deliver outstanding customer service. Whilst visual merchandising, stock accountability and customer service is a huge part of my career, Operations is where my strength lies. I have a widely analytical mind and tend to dive deep into problem solving and planning. I have an immense grasp on compliance, safety, rostering, admin and team building. Having been chosen from store development projects, new store openings, re-aligning poor performing stores and selected for young retailer of the year in the past has moulded me into the strong energetic leader I am today. Through the motivation of myself and the team and creating strong relationships at all levels within the business, I aim to make sure we can achieve the best in store experience. Aside from work, passions I have extended from architecture and interior design through to mechanical engineering. Having a strong mind towards design means that visual merchandising is a hobbie I get to enjoy whilst at work also. My knack for Mechanical engineering stretches out through my family. I've been involved in building high performance car engines for street and drag events. I believe in strong team work, development and communication, and an outgoing and energetic team filled with initiative! The happier your team is to be at work, and the greater understanding they have, the better they shall respect and enjoy the work that they do. It is important they too understand they are an important key to our overall success. I'm an all rounder that is happy to accept and put my absolute best, into any challenge that comes my way!
