Leigh Monteforte (Thomson)

I am a Senior Associate in the Disputes team at CMS, advising clients in relation to a wide range of commercial disputes including contract, fraud, human rights, financial regulation and insolvency matters. My primary area of practice is litigating in the Court of Session but I have experience of litigation at all levels and across a range of alternative dispute resolution procedures. I am currently involved in GDPR work relating to the firm's cyber breach response facility, which includes developing and delivering a training programme. I also have recent in-house experience, having just completed a 9 month secondment in the Commercial Banking Litigation team of a major UK bank.
