Previous experience in project management and task execution, with a strong emphasis in Manufacturing Processes including: planning and cost estimating, procurement including contracting and small purchasing, configuration management, financial management, supply inventory management, material acceptance and rejection, quality control, material movements, standard operating procedures, scheduling, manufacturing, ballistic testing, shipping, process improvements, LEAN initiatives, facilities, equipment, hazard analysis, hazardous waste, and explosive safety. Specialties: •Conduct intensive theoretical and experimental studies to define parameters, required criteria, leading to explosive formulations. •Write procedures for processing complex and sensitive primary and secondary delay and ignition powders. •Conceive worthwhile chemical engineering research objectives in connection with explosives manufacturing to include explosive mixing and blending.
